As the Project Manager II on the TELUS Health Business Enablement team, you will support various strategic initiatives across the TELUS Health organization.

You will perform the fundamentals of project management to ultimately improve patient experiences and financial results.

You will support the identification of strategic priorities, the scoping of key projects, and the ownership for delivering key project deliverables in collaboration with your cross-functional team.

You are an experienced project manager with a high degree of emotional intelligence & thought leadership, who is known for the ability to deliver outcomes with excellence.

You are known to have a natural ability to form strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, thrive in ambiguity and transform the complicated into simple and are comfortable working with all levels of the organization - including senior executives.

What you'll do

Work directly with the Senior Program Managers and extended project teams to drive projects that support our key strategic growth pillars
Utilize and develop your bestinclass oral, and written communication skills to drive collaborative meetings and provide meaningful updates to stakeholders
Focus on ensuring that all tasks completed maintain a standard of compliance while ensuring a high level of engagement from supporting team members
Support business case reviews for all projects, and provide insight on all assumptions
Create and update Scorecards/Dashboard/KPI's for your projects
Develop/enhance standardized processes to ensure we are optimizing our efforts across the team

Qualifications:

What you bring:

3+ years previous experience as Project Manager or comparable role
Recognized for your ability to bring teams together to focus on goals, understand business goals and bring forward solid financial business cases
You are capable of listening to and interpreting stakeholder feedback to develop new business processes and identify business issues and/or objectives
Resourceful and willing learner who proactively researches solutions to business challenges
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; strong creation and delivery of succinct presentations to leaders
Experience managing financial reporting and understanding how the numbers tie to the business operations
Advanced analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving skills with a sharp eye for quality and detail
Is highly comfortable with change and ambiguity and excels in highly collaborative team environments

Great-to-haves

Experience with Business Casing and Scorecard Development
Previous Healthcare experience or knowledge of healthcare operations and/or the acquisition process an asset
Experience with Google Suite of products
University degree in Business, Finance, and/or a similar discipline; PMP is greattohave
