This is a
full-time Assistant Store Manager role located in our
Edmonton retail store, reporting to the Store Manager.


What You Will Do
Support in store operations, store financial success, and team/community development. Ensure store metrics align with values. Assist in staff training, code of conduct, and policies. Deliver exceptional guest experience through education, relationship building, and brand experience.


Responsibilities

  • Motivate, lead, and drive team sales growth

  • Support in recruiting, training, and managing retail staff
  • Foster clear communication within the team
