This is a
full-time Assistant Store Manager role located in our
Edmonton retail store, reporting to the Store Manager.

What You Will Do
Support in store operations, store financial success, and team/community development. Ensure store metrics align with values. Assist in staff training, code of conduct, and policies. Deliver exceptional guest experience through education, relationship building, and brand experience.

Responsibilities

Motivate, lead, and drive team sales growth
Lead by example with store results
Drive community initiatives
Support in recruiting, training, and managing retail staff
Foster clear communication within the team

Demonstrated leadership ability (minimum 1 year preferred)
