The impact you will have:


The Associate PS Operations Analyst plays a key role in the presales process by owning the finalization of the legal project documentation required to initiate a service engagement.

This resource follows and coordinates various elements to ensure quality and legal requirements are met in a service engagement opportunity.

What you'll do:


  • Working in conjunction with Sales Executives, Journey Architects, Engineering Managers, Legal and the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver a polished product for our end clients
  • Assigning Peer Review resources based on technical expertise
  • Managing and executing project booking activities within the Sales Force Platform
  • Contributing to project and process improvement initiatives
  • Working with IT, Pre-Sales and other business units to maintain and improve SOW process and procedures
  • Working with Project Managers, Delivery Management, and PS Operations team to ensure reviews are done within SLAs
  • Assisting with Adhoc reporting

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Experience with Project, Consulting or Service Delivery organizations is preferred
  • Exceptional written communication skills and keen attention to detail required
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior management and other business units
  • Indepth knowledge of Excel & Word programs
  • Previous experience working within a CRM tool is an asset
  • Logical and efficient, with ability to extend knowledge into other comparable scenarios
  • High degree of initiative, sense of urgency, and responsiveness
  • Driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Selfdriven, motivated to excel, ability to work with mínimal supervision, and maintain productivity
  • Strong focus on company processes, ensuring all preestablished business standards are met
