Our brand new product, ATRIUM, consists of a module created using enhanced technology. This module has an integrated Web server and other features not found in any other access control product.

CDVI AMERICAS is part of the CDVI Group, which has several subsidiaries worldwide and distributes access control products.

Purpose of the job

The incumbent of this position is responsible for the receipt and distribution of merchandise.

He/she ensures the accuracy of the merchandise received and makes the appropriate follow-ups within the required timeframe with his supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs the various production tasks and communicates nonconformities to his superior
• Unload delivery trucks manually and safely;
• Receive the merchandise and verify compliance with the delivery note;
• Verify that the "SKU" bar codes are in accordance with the styles, colors and sizes of the system and follow up with the team leader if there are any irregularities;
• Lift boxes and place them on pallets;
• Product labeling;
• Transport and place merchandise in designated area within the warehouse;
• Assemble products in the production department;
• Separate and sort mail and/or packages;
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the distribution center;
• Assist other departments as required
• Taking cyclical inventory;

Qualifications, skills and requirements:

• High school diploma;
• 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse related position;
• Forklift certification;
• Accuracy and thoroughness ;
• Ability to lift on a regular basis an average weight between 25 and 45 pounds;
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity (ability to make movements such as bending, standing, crouching for long periods of time;
• Occasionally do building maintenance;
• Spoken language : French, English an asset
