Job Description:

Work Setting: Willingness to relocate as needed
Tasks:
- Clear and tidy tables, trays, and chairs
- Operate dishwashers for cleaning dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Organize dishes in designated storage areas
- Refill condiments and supplies at tables and service areas
- Sanitize and hand wash dishes and utensils
- Maintain records of food usage
- Package and prepare food items
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Utilize appliances to prepare food items
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
- Manage cleaning products
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies
- Dispose of kitchen waste
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Fast-paced work environment
- Overtime may be required
- Engage in repetitive tasks
- Stand for extended periods
- Work effectively under pressure
Additional Information:
