Job Description:

Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations for 12-15 CDN and USD bank accounts, recording transactions as required on a timely basis


Ensuring vendor payments, both cheque and electronic, clear the banks of a timely basis and working with the AP team to identify any potential vendor issues.

Managing stale-dated and void cheques

Overseeing system reports on intercompany transactions and reconciliations, investigating and leading the process for resolving discrepancies between transactions recorded by related companies
