The Position:

Greet donors in a prompt, friendly and courteous mannerSort donations into Goodwill's categories for processingMaintain accurate daily counts of donorsAdhere to acceptable product standardsMaintain the donor area and work area in a clean and organized mannerTransport garbage to the garbage area as neededAssist donors with donationsRecord donor's contact information when a tax receipt is requestedPerform other related activities as necessary or as assigned


What Requirements You Would Need:


Excellent communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsBasic math skills, attention to detail and accuracyActive listeningGood communication and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and decision makingCooperation/TeamworkEnthusiasm & InitiativeAbility to work in a Team environment.

Experience working with the public and in a Customer Service roleExperience working with material moving equipment
