Key Responsibilities:

Manage and action inbound sales inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Guide potential clients through their purchasing process, providing indepth knowledge of our products and the benefits of indoor farming technology.
Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to identify and secure new sales prospects.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations on our product range when required.
Stay uptodate with the latest agricultural trends and product knowledge.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product potential.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in agriculture or indoor farming.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
A strong sense of ambition, selfmotivation, and desire to succeed.
Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or equivalent programs.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
