IT Infrastructure Coordinator

Put your expertise in the spotlight
Reporting to the Manager - Project Portfolio Management & IT Budget, you will be responsible for project coordination, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and effective operationalization of solutions.
You will actively participate in all phases of projects, working closely with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, suppliers and support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical activities related to project delivery, evolution and operational activities
- Involve the various stakeholders required for the deployment of technological solutions
- Prepare and submit change requests to the CAB (Change Approval Board)
- Follow company delivery milestones
- Participate in and deliver project activities on time and with the expected quality.
- Operationalize solutions in accordance with current methodology
- Track purchase orders and reconcile project invoices
- Anticipate potential pitfalls on the critical path
- Actively participate in finding solutions to problems encountered or/and workarounds
- Create the support model, write the transfer guide to operations, and consolidate the required documents in the technical library.
You possess the following professional and technical skills:
- Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
- 2 years' experience in technical project coordination or similar role
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate problems and find effective solutions
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum and Azure Devops, and familiarity with software delivery processes
- Knowledge of change approval processes (CAB) an asset
- Experience in writing handover guides and creating support templates
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, in French and English
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, such as cloud systems, networks and security, an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and familiarity with the Office 365 suite
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, autonomy and resourcefulness
