eVinci Canada Intern (Project Coordinator), Burlington, Ontario, Canada (INTERNSHIP Spring 2024)


This Canada intern position provides direct support to the eVinci Program Manager in support of executing the design, development and implementation of projects under their responsibility for the eVinci Program.

Successful individuals must be enthusiastic team members who have strong communication skills and can execute multiple assignments in a timely manner.


Your Key Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Support project managers in collecting schedule and risk updates, meeting minutes, monitoring milestones completion dates, cost tracking, and invoice reviews.
  • Support project managers in tracking key actions, deliverables, and following up on progress and concerns from relevant colleagues to drive completion.
  • Support project manager as required in client communications, interpretation and transmission of contract requirements, and internal and external change notices. Integrate project's objectives and actions through participation with other project groups in matters of common concern.
  • Support the approval, client transmittal, and archival of project documents.
  • Strong preference to be Burlington employee.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Who you are:


  • Completion of 2nd year college Diploma or University Degree in related discipline or recent graduate.
  • Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
  • Enthusiastic team member with ability to help drive projects, and the business, in right direction.
