Job Summary

As a CN Data Governance and Quality Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work within the Data Services group across multiple areas such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Privacy & Data Masking.

Job responsibilities for a Data Management Analyst may vary by area.

This may include, but is not limited to the following:

Analyze data with data profiling and visualization tools in order to identify issues and recommend improvement actions.
Design and build data pipelines and data quality rules to move and validate the data, as well as dashboards and metrics to monitor.
Implement Data Masking pipelines to ensure sensitive information is protected with appropriate deidentification methodologies.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to define, develop and document detailed business, data and governance requirements.
Participate as a member of agile team focused on developing new capabilities, including daily scrums and sprint planning.
Collaborate with project managers, data developers, product owners, data SMEs, integration managers and other stakeholders to deliver an endtoend capability from concept to productiondeployment.

Requirements:

Completed a relevant technology program such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, Mathematics or Data Analytics or comparable experience for 5 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver message and ideas effectively to diverse audiences such as business, development, quality engineers and management stakeholders.
Experience in Informatica Data Management Cloud including Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Integration (previously IICS), Cloud Data Profiling or similar technology.
A thirst for constantly exploring emerging technology such as Databricks, Tableau, Informatica, Cloud Platforms.
Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Proficient with Excel, Visio, SQL, some reporting and analytical tools.
Understands Data Modeling concepts.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently, as well as part of a team.
Experience with technology project delivery and agile delivery methodology would be an asset.
Some prior experience with creating visualization such as Process and Data Flows.
Good documentation skill; can produce data mapping between Source and Target
