We are looking for an eager and energetic person to support the Group Medical Underwriting Team.

In this role you will be responsible for various administration/support tasks that will contribute to the underwriting process of group benefits.

This will include phone call inquiries, producing letters, placing orders, running reports as well as other administrative tasks.


Main Accountabilities:
Produce letters to members, policyholders and internal business partners

Answer calls from customers on our phone queue on a rotational basis

Manage returned mail

Responds and/or redirects customer inquiries.

Supports underwriting practices with data entry tasks.

Order/Distribute weekly/monthly reports

Run and manage monthly follow/pending reports

Completes general administration tasks

Knowledge of Sun Life Financial's products & processes

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.

The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
