The role is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and questions professionally and courteously. This position will engage with the customer by providing the quotation, order information, and necessary follow-up.

Job Duties

  • Respond to customer calls, quote prices generated through our Website.
  • Assist existing and potential customers in providing quotes, orders and necessary follow ups.
  • Precall orders, update the order and documenting entry of notes.
  • Office Filing.
  • Provide inspection reports to our Claims Department as and when requested.
  • Any other related duties as required.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:
years of experience in Customer service.

  • Completion of High School Certificate.
  • Ability to manage priorities efficiently and make quick educated decisions.
  • Customer oriented and a team player.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • High attention to detail and well organized.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pleasant Attitude.
  • Fluent English.
  • Previous experience in automotive industry would be an asset but not mandatory.
Physical Demand

  • Full ability to Stand.
  • Ability to sit for more than 1 hour.
  • Full Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to view computer screen for long periods of time
Work Environment
Work Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday 8.00 am pm, 30 min Lunch.

  • Occasional Overtime as required.
  • Indoors Office.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
