Responsibilities:

Optimize operating efficiencies of customers' equipment utilizing proprietary modeling software programs.
Develop strong interreliant relationships with customers through quality onsite service and social interaction.
Communicates field activity, including sales opportunities, intercompany items, and competitive issues to the appropriate Regional Manager.
Manage an expense budget within the guidelines provided.
Take ownership of a specified territory and devise strategies to meet sales objectives.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, and/or extensive (10+ years) maintenance, production, or sales experience within the paper or other related applicable industry.
Languages: French / English
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven mechanical aptitude, and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
Requires strong computer skills, including a strong understanding of Word, Excel, and general database management.
Extensive travel within the assigned region is required.
