Team and Job Overview
EDC is seeking an Administrator to join the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Team. Reporting to the Vice President, ESG Integration, the Administrator will be part of a dynamic team.

The role of the Administrator is primarily responsible for the support of the office of the Vice President.The Administrator supports the daily functions of the ESG team/ including attending meetings, providing logístical and program management support on key portfolios, as well as group budget management (reconciliation, maintenance and forecasting) responsibilities.
The Administrator will liaise and work closely with the support team of the Vice President.Discipline Summary
- Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities for the ESG Integration team.
- Provides administrative support to Executive and/or nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization.
- Demonstrates forwardthinking and is able to anticipate needs of the team.
- Ability to facilitate technology to ensure smooth running of hybrid meetings.
- Arranges business travel, business travel approvals, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or submit/track expenses.
- Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of office workflows to which the support is being provided.
- Is a selfstarter, creative thinker, and ready to jump in and support the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar proactively, taking charge of daily and ongoing planning to ensure the effective use of time of the, including protecting time for key meeting and document preparation.
- Set up meetings, and organizing events, including ownership of logistics (for example, owning agenda, collect/distribute meeting materials ahead of meetings). Support operational, strategic and planning sessions for the team.
- Manages VP's travel schedule, travel approvals and bookings.
- Administers team expenses and bookings.
- Establish trusting working relationships with other Executive Assistants at EDC.
- Manages and coordinates Leadership meetings (including the development of agendas and materials) & minutes (Weekly, Monthly, Townhalls, etc.).
- Prepares communications and meeting materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Solves administrative problems and initiates improvements to administrative standards, controls and processes.
- Followup on correspondence and requests for information.
- Develop and produce reports as required.
- Display complete discretion with respect to handling sensitive or confidential matters.
- Maintain close and positive working relationships with the ESG Integration leadership team.
- Work independently, make decisions confidently and timely.
- Contributes to the ESG Integration team culture with positive engagement.
Screening Criteria
- Completion of secondary school.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative for a Senior Leadership Executive.
Assets
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English).
Salary Range
- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $43,500 to $64,000, plus performancebased incentive.
