Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for
Production Team Members to join their team. These positions are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30pm. Competitive hourly rates plus bonus incentive

Responsibilities May Include:

Installing a variety of cabinets into Motorhomes
Attaching water and propane lines
Finalizing wiring connections
Connecting and installing plumbing pipes, tubes and plumbing fixtures such as faucets, showerheads etc.
Mount headliners to the ceiling of the Motorhome
Install wall panels throughout the Motorhome
Place ground effect lighting
Affix steps, batteries and cables
Remove plastic moldings, mark areas for cutting and make cuts
Ensure production, quality and safety goals are met or exceeded
Excellent manual dexterity and an eye for detail
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as necessary
Maintain a safe and tidy work area
Perform other jobrelated duties as directed by Supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures
Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goals

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Secondary School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
Mechanically inclined with basic math skills
Experienced working within a manufacturing setting using power & hand tools is an asset
Excellent manual dexterity and an eye for detail
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as necessary
