About the role

The role:


Welcome to the Intact Lab Design team Our purpose is to help people, businesses and society prosper in good times and be resilient in bad times.


Our talented, group a mix of UX researchers, behavioural scientists, data analysts, and UX designers, partners with Product teams to uncover, craft and implement second-to-none experiences rooted in customer insight.

Our work contributes to outperformance by helping our clients, employees and partners be more successful, efficient and delighted.


Responsibilities:

As an Analytics manager, you will manage an established team of digital data analysts. From analytics, your team will uncover insights that will feed product and user experience teams.

Your work will help teams prioritize their tasks, continuously improve digital products, and understand the performance of Intact Lab products.

Reporting to the Director - Insights & Analytics, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Help, coach, and follow your team in data analysis from the digital products of the Intact Lab.
  • Work with the DataOps team to translate business requirements from data collection into insights.
  • Oversee the quality assurance of data collected on digital products.
  • Be the spokesperson for digital performance through the Intact Lab and participate in multiple forums with stakeholders on the performance of these products.
  • Oversee the development of business requirements in data collection.
  • Ensure the support and management of data requests across the team.
  • Act as a mentor and be at the forefront of digital data analysis.
  • Plan roadmaps annually and help your team focus on activities with maximum impact.
  • Actively participate in Intact Lab product roadmap discussions by ensuring that data is at the heart of the decision.
  • 7 years of experience in digital data analysis with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and/or powerBI
  • 7 years in digital product performance presentation
  • 5 years of presentation experience in front of senior management stakeholders
  • 2 years of experience in team management and coaching on digital data analysis
  • Inclusive leadership and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Expert facilitator and pragmatic in their approach
  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence and find consensus
  • Excellent at making connections and identifying what is important
  • Bilingualism required (Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country).
