Responsibilities:
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our art foundation
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. This may include document preparation, scheduling, and data entry.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate clear communication between different teams and departments, ensuring that information flows seamlessly to support collaborative efforts.
- Assist in the coordination of art and education projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring they are executed smoothly and within specified timelines.
- Assist in HR hiring and management.
- Assist in art material preparation for art classes and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday
