Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Drive product or service sales.
Provide expertlevel agronomy support for the development of our AIdriven crop products.
Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, such as farmers, grain buyers, agronomists, and industry influencers, to promote the ongoing adoption of our tools.
Advocate for the widespread acceptance and use of our AIenabled crop production solutions.
Lead, mentor, and coach team members, inspire organizational growth, engage with customers for lead generation and sales conversion, and develop strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance our customer relationship management process.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience as a business development specialist or agronomist, preferably within Saskatchewan or Alberta.
Profound knowledge of western Canadian crop production systems.
Expertise in inseason crop yield estimation, grain grading, crop insurance assessment, and seeding, fertilizer, and fungicide management.
Familiarity with innovative technologies, such as direct seeding, precision technologies, variable rate technology, and yield mapping.
A genuine interest in learning new skills and adapting to new technologies.
Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.) or Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation.
Availability to work at our office located in Innovation Place, Saskatoon.
