West Coast Lawns & Gardens Sales Associate Job description -
We're growing AGAIN and we have a great team of people. Our sales process is excellent, and we are having a hard time keeping up with the demand.

We are looking for salespeople who want to develop a loyal and happy customer base, love customer service, and have a passion for plants, horticulture, and the outdoors.

We offer a living wage base pay, + 2.5% commission bonus, sales vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and office space to work in.

Some of the technical stuff needed:

Sales skills-awesome people skills, outgoing personality
- self motivating, driven to succeed
- thrive in fast paced environment
- rises to challenges and active problem solver.

Technical skills-2-5 years experience in landscape industry

BC landscape plant knowledge (planting basics, maintenance dos and don'ts)

BasicsDriver's licence
Computer literate, outlook, CRM, smart phone

- always respectful of clients and coworkers
- empathetic active listener.

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission

Salary:
$45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
