- Prepare all documents including letters, reports, memos, and lists, including confidential documents
- Preparing spreadsheets and presentations, create project profiles and sub trade lists using applicable Estimating Software
- Review tender documents and lump sum bid lists to ensure completeness with all necessary attachments and support for closing day activities
- You possess two to five years of administrative experience
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- B2W experience is an asset
- Strong Written & Verbal English skills
- You can handle pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
