We are looking for
Construction Estimator at Surrey BC who will be responsible for estimating hard tender and construction management projects.

This role is based at our Surrey Office, but we offer remote + flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Training in estimating procedures and quantity survey
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and On-Screen takeoff software
Must have excellent command of the English language, verbal and written
Postsecondary, technical education (BCIT) or similar in a construction or industryrelated program
Previous experience estimating commercial construction projects would be an asset

Salary:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- construction estimating: 3 years (preferred)
- estimating hard tender: 2 years (preferred)
- construction management projects: 2 years (preferred)
