As a Renovations Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of renovation projects from start to finish.
You will supervise a team of two, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Your role will involve hands-on work, training, and mentoring your team to develop their skills and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage renovation projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Supervise and lead a team of two, providing training and mentorship.
- Perform fullscale carpentry, painting, drywalling, mudding/taping, and cabinet installation tasks.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fullscale carpentry, painting, drywalling, mudding/taping, and cabinet installation.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
How to Apply:
Pay:
$27.50-$32.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
