_Larga Baffin is classified as an Essential Service and is taking all mandatory and recommended precautionary measures as per Public Health authorities to ensure the health and safety of all staff and residents. _

Position Overview
The Client Care Laison will be trained and be proficient in all aspects of Client Care.
The Client Care Laison will actively monitor the execution of client care activities and assist with the Larga Baffin clients.
The Client Service Laison will also gather pertinent information related to client engagement and interactions to evolve and improve the overall customer service experience at Larga Baffin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal drops offs;
- Ensuring the fridge is cleaned, stocked, and dated;
- Cleaning in the common area and appliances;
- Room Inspection;
- Obtaining and listening to client feedback and informing your manager;
- Answering questions, helping clients fill out forms etc.;
- Organizing entertainment such as setting up games and little activities;
- Serving meals to clients in the rooms listed;
- Supporting and advocating for client needs to your manager; and,
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Hospitality and or related field,
- 13 experience in a customer service position,
- High degree of customer service orientation,
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with others, and
- Proven ability to demonstrate professionalism, understanding and patience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Cultural sensitivity to Inuit and our clients,
- Knowledge of the Inuit culture and clients' preferences and show consideration towards their needs,
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and adapt to change,
- Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, openness, and mutual respect; and,
- Have own vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Beneficiary status with the ability to speak Inuktitut.
