We're looking for our next Data Steward. Could It Be You?
As a Data Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy and integrity of our data assets.

You will collaborate extensively with various teams and use w existing data management systems and processes to maintain high data quality within their data domain so that the data can effectively support the business processes.

The person in this role interacts with multiple stakeholders and data owners to enact practices directed at improving and maintaining Customer Master data.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Data Management and Hygiene:


  • Manage and maintain key data assets, ensuring data quality, accuracy and consistency across systems and databases
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement data management policies, procedures and best practices
  • Perform data hygiene and cleaning tasks, such as identifying and correcting data entry errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata and data lineage documentation to enhance understanding and visibility of the data landscape.
  • Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to design and implement data validation rules, data quality checks, and monitoring processes.
  • Educate and train colleagues on data management best practices and the importance of data quality
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to data management processes and tools to support growth and datadriven objectives
  • Assist with adhoc data investigations for the investing product team, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis to support a datadriven culture

Team Support and Collaboration:


  • Being a forwardthinking technologist who is continuously researching new approaches to problems and discussing them with others in a productive manner, in a community of practice setting.
  • Meeting regularly and interact productively with a diverse team of business stakeholders, user interface and experience designers, architects, engineers as needed to elicit, define, analyze and document requirements and principles for new projects and data products.
  • Providing coaching to other team members to assist them with technical challenges and assignments.
  • Ensuring timely escalation of issues that are blocking oneself or the team.
  • Contributing to defining and implementing best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.
  • Soliciting and participating in code reviews and unit testing practices.
  • Sharing knowledge and lessons learned with others in the organization.

  • Are a Graduate in business management computer science, information technology management or equivalent
  • Have 2+ years of data related working experience with data management tools and practices
  • Have experience dealing with data quality issues, understanding of data quality issues types
  • Are passionate about data and treating it as a valuable for organization asset
  • Are curious and able to investigate data
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Are proficient In SQL and experience working with various databases, such as relational, NoSQL or cloudbased databases. Knowledge of T-SQL
  • Have familiarity with data integration, ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Have good decisionmaking skills and able to identify critical issues with ease and act on them
  • Are constructive, optimistic and solutionoriented
  • Are detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex
