Our
Edmonton, AB Branch is looking for a
Service Coordinator The
Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating preventative and non-preventative maintenance on Company fleet vehicles, including assisting in generating documentation, sourcing parts, and closing work orders for all maintenance in a specific area.

The Service Coordinator will also be tasked with working with internal and external managers, as well as dispatching.

  • Receive inbound calls from customers and obtain all necessary information to schedule and respond to requested services;
  • Generate work orders, research, and order all necessary parts, materials, and equipment to complete each job;
  • Assist with management of day to day logistics including job scheduling, technician scheduling, dispatch, and vendor sourcing;
  • Review preventive maintenance inspection reports and advise customers of maintenance priorities;
  • Share an oncall rotation to answer afterhour service calls as required;
  • Work with internal and external managers, as well as dispatch;
  • Payroll Verification and ensuring hours are entered;
  • Assist as needed with special projects;
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred;
  • 13 Years experience in the Transportation industry;
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office products;
  • Be able to define problems and solve them;
  • Excellent people and communication skills;


  • Self Starter

  • Be able to learn new processes and technology as required with minimum training;
  • The Ability to work on call; work overtime; and work weekends;
  • Superior Time Management and Organizational Skills;
  • Ability to pivot;
  • A basic knowledge of accounting/clerical skill;
