Hipperson Construction is an established Saskatchewan based General Contractor, Design Builder and Construction Manager.

Due to the continued growth of our company, we require a Project Manager to join our construction team in Saskatoon.

Reporting to senior management, this position involves the effective management of commercial, industrial and civil construction projects, ranging in size from $500,000 to multi-million dollar values.

Types of projects include pre-engineered steel buildings, concrete foundations, commercial and industrial renovations and new building construction.

Responsibilities will include the management and scheduling of materials, manpower and sub-trade contractors to ensure effective project completion for our clients.

Working in a team approach with our network of qualified suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver a quality outcome for our clients is the main requirement of the job.

This involves monitoring and enforcing strict compliance with Quality and Safety programs.

The Project Manager will maintain established relationships with architectural and engineering consultants, and work closely with clients and client representatives in all aspects of the project stages.

This includes preparing progress reports, construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progress against established schedules.

The Project Manager may, from time to time, work in collaboration with the Estimator for the timely and accurate completion of tenders.
