Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Assist the Superintendents and Project Manager with overall project performance including costs, schedule, and quality.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with subcontractors.
- Understand the project budget and assist with tracking of actual costs incurred.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of 'Procore' and utilize the software to manage all project documentation (e.g. Construction Drawings, Site Instructions, Trade Shop Drawings, Submittal, Samples, etc.) and generate Purchase Orders.
- Assist with establishing a strong project safety culture by administering CentreCourt's safety manual and policies.
- Enforce contractual responsibilities with subcontractors.
- Record meeting minutes at various site coordination meetings.
- Prepare mailings and courier package
- Support Superintendent with managing the tail end of the suite finishing process.
- Work closely with the Finishing Super
- Liaise and work closely with our customer care department to understand the suite finish quality expectation, turn over schedule and correct all PDI deficiencies
- Review the condition of each suite, track and correct all deficiencies.
- Assist with project closeout by following the subcontractor close out procedure, including archiving documents, maintenance/warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
- Postsecondary education (College or University) with a specialty in Construction, Engineering or Architecture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and planning skills with prioritizing and multitasking abilities to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys a fastpaced environment and is highly professional.
- Open and adaptable to providing all types of support to the office and fellow team members as required
