Job Description:

Moderation/low MDS quarterly assessment

Changes to the diet list in Synergy
Printing labels and maintaining changes to the labels
Seating plan updates and changes
Dietary profile on admission
Some department audits
Assist with menu implementation
Meal rounds to review resident status for upcoming quarterly assessments
Prepare documentation for IDTCs for low and moderate risk only
