Job Description:

Required Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) year diploma or equivalent Computer Systems Technician;-
Minimum two (2) years' experience as a technical client service representative; including 1 year of concurrent experience as a computer technician and client facing front-line client service supporting IT services and technology
Anticipated Weekly Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday 8 (eight) hours each day; or
Wednesday-Friday 8 (eight) hours each day
