Cascadia Apartment Rentals Ltd. is the leading apartment rental company in the industry with a high-growth vision. We are in the midst of an exciting, fast-paced expansion of luxury suites all across the GVRD.


We are looking for an independent passionate self-starter to join our team in luxury rental properties as a building maintenance personnel.


  • Ensuring safety of common areas, and complying with Cascadia's Health and Safety requirements.
  • Provide holiday coverage for maintenance duties at other buildings and provide holiday coverage for Resident Manager at requested building.
  • Other maintenance related duties as assigned from time to time
  • Maintaining the building
  • Suite repairs from requests
  • Maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance
  • Minor plumbing, replacing Ptraps, cartridges for tubs, replacing toilets, toilet wax seals and repairs, faucet systems, sinks, for all suites and common areas, Unclogging minor drainage toilet or tub/ sink plunger/ cable
  • Minor electrical repairs and investigation, replacement and repairs of light fixtures, light bulbs, ballasts replacements and upgrades
  • Drywall patch repairs, painting touch ups
  • Monthend Suite turnover fixes and clean
  • Perform minor repairs/Property maintenance
  • Emergency leak investigations / cleanup
  • Other cleaning as required
  • Tools and Cleaning equipment Supplied
  • Maintain, service, clean and properly storage all equipment
  • Ensure adherence to quality of standards of cleanliness and health and safety
  • Minor repairs and maintenance including minor carpentry, changing/replacing locks, all insuite repairs and maintenance requests, replacing closet doors, securing drawers and cabinets, fixing drywall, touch ups and painting, caulking where required, and flooring repairs, prepare and maintain suites for turnover to new tenants.
  • Ensuring proper storage of equipment, cleaning of or unplugging drains and gutters when and as
  • Snow removal and ice prevention when required. Landscaping in support of landscaping personnel.

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
