Job Summary


We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance.

In this key executive position, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise architecture and data governance strategy that ensures our IT systems and data assets align with the organization's business objectives.

You will play a critical role in defining architectural standards, principles, and best practices, fostering data governance, and driving innovation in technology solutions.


What you will do:


Enterprise ArchitectureCollaborate with IT teams to guide technology decision-making, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs and IT strategy.- Advocating for solutions that are scalable, secure, and closely aligned with the business needs and IT strategy, fostering the organization's competitiveness and agility.

Data Governance- Establish, enforce, and continuously evolve data governance policies, procedures, and standards.

These policies will provide a structured framework for managing data across the organization, ensuring data security, accessibility, and compliance.- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through data management practices and data stewardship ensuring that the data collected and utilized by the organization is accurate, consistent, and reliable.- Define data architecture to support the organization's data requirements and analytics initiatives including creating a blueprint for how data is collected, stored, processed, and analyzed, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.- Address compliance and regulatory requirements related to data management and protection.


Team and Stakeholder Management- Build and lead teams of enterprise architects and data governance professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

In a matrix reporting structure, you will inspire and empower your teams to excel in their roles.

You will mentor and guide team members in their professional development, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive.- Provide guidance and support for team members, fostering their professional development.- Partner and collaborate with IT Delivery, Security, Operations, and Governance teams.- Partner with IT Delivery Heads to engage with Business Stakeholders to understand technology and data needs.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in the fields of enterprise architecture, data governance, and IT leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a complex organization.
  • Indepth experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of architectural standards, principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing architectural strategies that align with organizational business goals.
  • Strong understanding of technology decisionmaking processes, scalability, and security.
  • Experience in overseeing technology roadmaps and ensuring resilience and innovation in technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with a variety of physical and logical architectural frameworks, including onpremise and cloudbased infrastructure.
  • Expertise in establishing and enforcing data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Thorough understanding of data quality, integrity, and security principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in defining data architecture to support data requirements and analytics initiatives.
