What you will accomplish with us:
- Utilize your engineering expertise to provide innovative and efficient solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You'll be the go-to expert for product recommendations and technical guidance;
- Dive deep into project plans and specifications, using your analytical skills to assess and understand the intricacies of each project. Your ability to decode technical documents will be crucial in delivering the best solutions;
- Put your engineering prowess to work by determining the exact equipment requirements for our clients. Tailor solutions that not only meet their needs but also exceed their expectations;
- Showcase your knowledge of our dealer program offerings to clients. Help them navigate the choices, providing valuable insights and advice to ensure they get the most out of our products and services;
- Bridge the gap between technical jargon and client understanding. Articulate your recommendations clearly, both in written documents and verbal discussions, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page;
- Be the client's advisor from start to finish. Your followup skills will ensure that clients are not just satisfied but delighted with our solutions. Your feedback will be invaluable in continuously improving our offerings.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Post Secondary education in HVAC-R or a related discipline
- Demonstrate experience/knowledge in HVAC-R industry (an asset)
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Comfortable working with ERP software
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service;
- Self motivated, organized and strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to close sales and work under pressure;
- Good judgment and decisionmaking skills;
- Ability to problem solve and provide variable solutions based in customer needs and company objectives;
- Team player and ability to work independently.
