    Job Description

    The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for the following:

    • Receiving the merchandise and verifying the order conforms with the purchase orders;
    • Lifting boxes, transporting and placing the merchandise in the designated areas of the warehouse;
    • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse;
    • Supporting the sales team;
    • Preparing customer pick-up orders;
    • Assembling and/or unwrapping merchandise for display;
    • Disassembling and/or wrapping merchandise on display;
    • Periodically verifying the stability of merchandise on display.
    Qualifications

    Skills and abilities:

    • Precision and meticulousness;
    • Autonomy and resourcefulness;
    • Capacity to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis.
