Job Description:

  • Requirements for this position include:
  • Currently studying at Algonquin College within the Business Administration, Human Resources, Library and Information Technician program, or other related field;-
  • This position is funded through the College Student Employment Program (CSEP). Applicants must be eligible for CSEP.

For more information:

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.7 or greater;
  • Demonstrated selfstarted and ability to adapt quickly to a demanding, fastpaced environment;
  • Strong technical skills;
  • Proficient communication skills (oral and written);
  • A proven ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy and sound judgement pertaining to access to private and secure information;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Previous work experience in an office environment would be considered an asset;
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources would also be considered an asset;
  • All work performed by students becomes the property of Algonquin College.
