Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow all written procedures and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor/Manager
- Complete production assignments in a timely manner and according to department schedules
- Adhere to aseptic technique guidelines
- Monitor products for defects continuously
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
- Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety hazards immediately
- Document work accurately and ensure quality and compliance
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly
- Train coworkers on job functions when needed
- Assist with inventory processes as requested
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a clean room environment if necessary
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 600 lbs. in wheeled kettles
- Stand for sustained periods, approximately 8 hours per day
- Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Comfortable with standing for long hours and potential exposure to blood
