Location
This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements


What You'll Do


As our new
Brand Manager for Emerging Spirits you will be responsible for supporting our Global Brands Director and the wider marketing team in delivering best in class planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for new-to-world Premium Spirits innovation in global markets.

You will collaborate with key MABIUC partners and Marketing Managers, to assist the global roll-out, go-to-market and SKU development plans.

You will also support the Spirits Innovation Team and key global distributor partners to develop marketing plans & activations to facilitate the roll-out of Cloud House Colombian Coffee Liqueur to Global markets.


Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Global Brands Director and Marketing Manager to develop a rolling 35yr Global Brand Strategy to support international brand development of our spirit brands.
  • Act as the internal Brand Champion for Cloud House, 360 Brand Ambassador through presentation updates, team meetings and seminars.
  • Champion for all consumer pull and brand growth initiatives for Emerging Spirits brands in key markets.
  • Develop & implement gotomarket plans, investment models & activation playbooks.
  • Continuously evaluate brand health, making key recommendations that keep us on our planned product and brand development trajectory.
  • Lead global brand / product audits to unlock innovation / renovation opportunities.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets to ensure all targets are met.
  • Coordinate relevant agencies and consultants to ensure brand audits, competitor analysis, brand creation, consumer testing and 360 communications are successful, compelling, and impactful.

What You'll Bring
- +3 years Marketing Management experience.

  • Bachelor of Management/Business or related field.
  • Proven creative ability in FMCG or similar luxury goods categories.
  • International Distributor Management experience.
  • Extensive agency management experience.
