WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
5+ years' experience working as a leader in a customer service and property management focused environment.

  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
  • A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including oncall as required to attend to emergencies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Property Managers are inspiring leaders that serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and lead by example.

They evaluate economic trends and profitability, while making sound financial/operational business decisions, and they coach to and celebrate successes with their team.

They are poised while working under pressure, supporting and guiding their team through varied emergency situations and operational challenges.
