We are currently looking for just such an individual to join our team in an entry level role as a Receptionist II
.

The Role:
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the
Receptionist II position will provide administrative support within the CSSB.
Other general administrative duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing basic information to callers as required,
- Meet and greet clients at the reception desk, notifying parties regarding meetings & arrival of guests,
- Open, sort, date stamp and distribute incoming/outgoing mail,
- Scanning documents,
- Coordinate in and out going courier deliveries, and
- Provide miscellaneous support to various departments as assigned.

Applicants that do not meet the following criteria will not be considered:
Minimum three years of experience in reception & switchboard operation,
MUST be fully vaccinated,:
- Superior interpersonal communication skills & telephone etiquette,
- Professional appearance & attitude, and
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
