We are currently looking for just such an individual to join our team in an entry level role as a Receptionist II
.

This is a full-time permanent position
.

The Role:

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the
Receptionist II position will provide administrative support within the CSSB.

Other general administrative duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing basic information to callers as required,
  • Meet and greet clients at the reception desk, notifying parties regarding meetings & arrival of guests,
  • Open, sort, date stamp and distribute incoming/outgoing mail,
  • Scanning documents,
  • Coordinate in and out going courier deliveries, and
  • Provide miscellaneous support to various departments as assigned.

The Skills We Need:

CSSB is interested in having you join our team.

Applicants that do not meet the following criteria will not be considered:


  • Minimum three years of experience in reception & switchboard operation,

MUST be fully vaccinated,:


  • Superior interpersonal communication skills & telephone etiquette,
  • Professional appearance & attitude, and
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
