  • As the Employee Experience Lead, ARC'One, you use your expertise as a communication specialist to create, inspire and support culture moments, engagement activities, celebrations, and crosscompany events. You work within ARC'One's diverse community through curiosity, genuine relationship, and a keen understanding of individualized needs to create diverse and inclusive experiences.

  • The People & Culture Employee Experience team operates in strategic partnership with the business to build cultural programs and experiences that support our values, purpose and vision, while fostering a culture of belonging that generates highperformance, strengthbased teams, and valuesbased leadership.

If you were the Employee Experience Lead - ARC'One now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Partnering with the bigger Employee Experience and Events team to deliver companywide programs and initiatives to ARC'One with necessary local adaptation and customizations
  • Owning and leading ARC'One specific engagement activities and celebrations to fuel our culture of connection, such as our Lunch & Learn and Bevy & Story programs
  • Liaising with the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team to leverage ARC'One's diverse community to create unique culture moments to enhance employee experiences and bring team members together
  • Partner with Learning & Development and ARC'One P&C team to develop and deliver programs or workshops that align with our values, purpose, vision and Arc'teryx Leadership Code to elevate our employee experience
  • Building relationships with leaders and employees through genuine care and curiosity to understand what initiatives will impactfully drive engagement
  • Support and guide the ARC'One Employee Engagement Committee (EEC) to uplift its positive impact on engagement

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Leading the execution and evolution of ARC'One's onboarding program
  • Collaborating with the ARC'One leadership team to design a communication strategy that leads the evolution of ARC'One communication channels and methodology
  • Owning the local execution of our Length of Service and Values Awards programs, including promotion, communication, and logistics
  • Leading the rollout of our StandOut platform and quarterly Engagement Pulse surveys to the facility, including communicating key insights through regular reporting
  • Overseeing ARC'One's participation in our annual Great Place to Work survey and submission process
  • Creating an employee experience vision and roadmap for ARC'One on which all employee experience projects and initiatives will fall into place

Are you our next Employee Experience Lead - ARC'One?:

  • _ _You have a post-secondary education in business, communications, psychology, or human resources
  • You have 5+ years of experience in employee experience and engagement, brand communications, events and/or other related roles
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable leading internal company communications
  • You have a proven track record in leading and executing events involving 500+ participants
  • You have previous experience working within a dynamically diverse community developing programs and initiatives to meet multiple needs
  • You are comfortable with presentations and facilitation, and you are willing to jump in to support in the moment
  • You are open and approachable with an employeeservice focused mentality, continuously fostering interpersonal relationships
  • You are able to establish systems and programs to ensure projects, events and processes are running smoothly
  • Your ability to speak a second language is an asset
  • You display effective project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and consistently evaluate and evolve existing processes
  • You have a highly collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships across the company
  • You have excellent conflict management skills
  • You are able to maintain confidentiality and deal appropriately with sensitive issues
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
