What You Will Do:


The core responsibilities of a Distribution Associate II include receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing products, as well as housekeeping duties associated with maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment.


Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Proactively collaborate with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance company Joint Health & Safety Programs.
  • Inspect, sort, verify, and receipt incoming goods against packing slips, invoices, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies.
  • Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment.
  • Cycle count inventory.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped.
  • Report discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance.
  • Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed ontime.
  • Maintain uptodate training on departmental and company SOPs.
  • Identify and communicate any required procedural updates based on daytoday operations.
  • Maintain annual GMP training to perform daily tasks in compliance with Canadian regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What You Need:


  • Required:_
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in Distribution Center, manufacturing or similar environment
  • 2+ years' experience operating material handling equipment (forklift experience is required)
  • Prior experience using RFID scanner
  • Preferred:_
  • Post-Secondary education preferred (Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics focus an asset).
  • Previous completion of counterbalance and/or reach forklift licensing (or immediately available to complete licensing based on years of experience) preferred
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered._
