ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of Member Experience, this student position provides pension administration support services to the department focusing on data management and reconciliation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will contribute by entering, managing, and reconciling members' data
- Acquire basic knowledge of the business processes and plan rules to process transactions and prepare member communication
- Assist with processing pension transactions
- Contact members directly to complete missing information
- Other admin duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE EXPECTING YOU TO HAVE
- Enrolled in a university or college education, coop program preferred
- Knowledge of general of office administrative duties
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Excel.
- Strong numeric ability to resolve data reconciliation issues
- Organizational skills to manage priorities in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to provide information, discuss and help resolve problems as well as communicate effectively with team members and other OPTrust staff.
- Strong customer service attitude to deliver great service.
