Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with the setup of testing venues by laying a plan for equipment, and test materials in accordance with IELTS regulations, and locating tasks for the team.
Closely follow and enforce testing procedures and regulations and Liaising between employees and senior mangement.
Training and onboarding new hires. Offering employees performance feedback
Communicating business objectives and department goals to their team.
Performing quality inspections and assessing processes.
Tracking performance metrics and monitoring progress.
Meeting with managers from other departments to discuss goals.
Developing productivity and performance reports for senior management.
Dealing with testing irregularities in accordance with IELTS procedures
Control and manage the test environment

Qualifications and Skills

A competent level of English communication
Successful completion of Bachelor's Degree
Understand and commit to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials
Understand the importance of criteria and protocol related to assessment, and test administration
Dependability, reliability, punctuality
Customer service skills
Appreciation and understanding of differences in cultural communication styles

$18.00-$22.00 per hour
