Position Summary:

This position of warehouse administrator will be responsible for all administration duties to support both our shipping and receiving process.

This will include but not limited to:

closing routes, printing invoices, managing selection labels, closing purchase orders, checking out 3rd party drivers, and managing customer audits.

One position available: Tuesday to Friday 11AM 7PM, Saturday 7AM 3PM
Shifts may vary depending on business needs._
Essential Functions:
Greeting Drivers, Direction drivers to correct dock doors-
Printing and closing off PO's in a timely fashion-
Invoice and printing responsibilities-
Receipt claims and scanning-
Managing selection labels and audits-
Office admin duties as necessary
Minimum Requirements:
Education:_
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:_
Minimum 3 years data entry-
Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external customers-
Demonstrated ability to deliver high performance results
Competencies:_
Must have good verbal and written communication skills-
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimum supervision-
Exceptional time management and organization skills-
Demonstrated ability to model GFS values-
Use of computer for systems including SAP, WMS and some typing skills
Physical Requirements:_
While performing the responsibilities of this job, some lifting and manual work is required.
