A career as an Investment and Retirement Specialist in the Investment and Retirement team at National Bank means acting as an expert in investment and retirement planning for our individual clients.

It is through your expertise, your sales and advisory skills, your experience with clients who question retirement and your investment knowledge, retirement taxation and the strategies to put in place for retirees and pre-retirees that you have a positive impact on the experience of the National Bank of Canada's clientele.

You will be working out of the Cote-des-Neige branch.


Your role

  • Make sure to advise, via our financial planning tools, our clients wondering about retirement
  • Achieve sales targets and other key sales force metrics
  • Accompany or Influence your colleagues in the branch to achieve your goals
  • Participate in the dynamic life of the branches allocated to you by acting as an investment leader

Your team


Within the Investment and Retirement sector, you are part of a team of more than 125 colleagues paid 100% commission and you report to the Senior Director, Investment and Retirement.

Basic requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a bank branch
  • Experience in business development
  • Hold the title of mutual fund representative (required)
  • Flexibility to be mobile
