Join our team as a Bilingual E-Commerce Specialist We specialize in offering comprehensive services and experiences via multiple brands.

What Will You Be Doing?

Managing and maintaining the online store on the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience.
Implementing and optimizing ecommerce strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and average order values.
Coordinating with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored for diverse audiences across various channels.
Analyzing performance metrics and utilizing datadriven insights to drive business decisions and website enhancements.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and issues in both English and French.
Staying up todate with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to continuously improve our online presence.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure inventory is uptodate and accurately reflected on the website.
Developing content for the website and marketing materials, ensuring accurate translation and cultural relevance in both English and French.
Bilingualism (English and French)
13 years of experience in ecommerce, particularly with Shopify or similar platforms.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytic tools (GA4) to monitor and improve web experience and CRO.
Familiarity with CRM systems and content management systems is a plus.
UX and UI skills are considered an asset.
Experience in the optical industry or with the ecommerce space is considered an asset.
A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and SEO principles.
Proficient in time management and meticulous attention to detail

FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The expected compensation for this position is $59,400 $74,200 per year, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
