**Votre rôle et vos responsabilités**:

- Appliquer le programme de prévention, des lois et règlements en vigueur
- Dispenser des sessions de formation et d'information en santé et sécurité au travail et coordonner la réservation de sessions de formations avec des établissements externes
- Préparer ou réviser des contenus de formation;
- Inspecter les différents sites des travaux et les lieux de travail, documenter les non-conformités, assurer les suivis pour les corrections demandées et sensibiliser les travailleurs, et sous-traitants;
- Conseiller les superviseurs et la direction pour améliorer la performance de l'entreprise envers la santé et sécurité au travail;
- Participer activement aux réunions mensuelles de santé et sécurité au travail;
- Participer à l'évaluation des risques des activités du site;
- Gérer l'inventaires des EPIs;
- **Toutes autres tâches connexes.**

**Exigences du poste**:

- Détenir un diplôme en santé et sécurité ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Avoir au minimum 1 an d'expérience dans ce rôle ou dans un poste similaire (toutes combinaisons scolarité et expérience seront considérées);
- Excellentes connaissances des politiques et procédures locales, provinciales et fédérales, ainsi que des directives générales en matière de sécurité ;
- Fortes aptitudes à présenter l'information SST aux différents membres de l'entreprise de façon claire et adapté aux besoins;
- Bonnes aptitudes de communication, relationnelles;
- Fortes aptitudes organisationnelles, excellente gestion des priorités et de son temps;
- Une belle aisance en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) ;
- Bonne capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes;
- Une approche dynamique et professionnelle.

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Provide training and information sessions in occupational health and safety and coordinate the booking of training sessions with external providers;
- Prepare or revise training content;
- Inspect the various work sites and workplaces, document non-conformities, ensure follow-ups for requested corrections and raise awareness among workers and subcontractors;
- Advise supervisors and management to improve the company's occupational health and safety performance;
- Actively participate in monthly occupational health and safety meetings;
- Participate in risk assessment of site activities;
- Manage the PPE inventory;
- **Any other related tasks**

**What we are looking for**:

- Have a diploma in Health and Safety or in a related field;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in this role or in a similar position (all combination of education and experience will be considered);
- Excellent knowledge of local, state and federal policies and procedures, and general safety guidelines;
- Strong ability to present OHS information to various members of the company in a clear and responsive manner;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills, excellent management of priorities and time;
