Position Description:

Here's What You'll Get To Do:

Review physical inventory and identify stock outs after daily replenishments
Reviews daily medical device alerts (product recalls), and lead any product removal/substitution if required
Assists with completing inventory cart builds and bin location changes throughout the CDIU.
Manages nonstock expired products, including conducting physical checks, removal of expired product, labelling of products expiring within 6 months, reordering product
Help CDIU Data Analyst maintain a backorder report specific to CDIU
Participates in weekly meetings (Thursdays) to discuss supply disruptions and changes (add/remove inventory)
Coordinates and arranges the ordering and receiving of supply requests outside of the regular inventory for specific cases in CDIU
Manages overstock and assists the cart aid to put away supplies in CDIU
Working with CDIU Data Analyst to address safety reports and comes up with resolutions for preventative measures in CDIU
Documents expired products for supply analysis for nonstock, stock and inventory products for CDIU
Regularly picksup supplies from Stores/Receiving when required

Here's What You'll Need:

College Diploma or equivalent experience
Several years experience working as an equipment/inventory coordinator preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
Adaptability, punctuality, reliability, and commitment
A commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity & inclusion

Employment Type:
Permanent part time. Three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
