The role we are offering you:


  • Data Analysis: Assisting in the analysis of insurance and risk data, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and associated trends, patterns, and potential areas of concern.

Data Management: Management of all insurance records, including policies, claims, budgets, invoices, etc.

Business support: Managing business requests and issuing insurance certificates to internal stakeholders.

Insurance Renewal Support: Data collection, analysis and gathering for insurance renewal process.

Loss Prevention: Assist in the coordination and implementation of a loss prevention strategy to reduce loss through use of internal or external resources.

Budget and Cost Management: Participate in the development of insurance budgets and management of costs, including reallocation of costs and premiums, tracking payments of invoices against purchase requests.

Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Collaborating with teams to identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for enhancing risk management and insurance processes.

Insurance improvements recommendations tracking: Tracking approved improvements to facilities, systems, and processes arising from Insurers risk reports.

Learning and Development: Actively seeking opportunities to learn about insurance and risk management concepts, tools, and methodologies to grow within the role.

  • Proficiency in basic accounting (allocating costs, invoicing, payables).
  • Ability to treat multiple demands in fastpaced environment, meet tight deadlines.
  • Exhibits a passion for excellence & consistently follows through on commitments.
  • Extremely thorough, and detail oriented.
  • Customer oriented and strong team spirit.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (English and French) written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a field related to finance, insurance or in risk management is an asset.
