Salary:
$97,462 - $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)


Contract:
Permanent


Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)


About the role

The Clinical Education & Professional Development team is expanding to include the development and integration of clinical leadership pathways, clinical workforce development initiatives and an expansion of clinical student initiatives.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business/Health Informatics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Occupational Certification

  • Certificate in Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.

You may have experience in;

  • 8+ years of recent direct Project Management experience in managing healthcare service delivery projects
  • Proven supervisory and management experience
  • Proven experience in managing large scale projects,
  • Proven experience in managing projects through full project lifecycle

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.


As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
